FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHow do I place an order Click on the product image or product name to see the detailed description of item you wish to buy. Choose the color or size option (if any) of the lighting fixture, piece of furniture or other item and enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box Click Add to Cart button. You will be forwarded to your Shopping Cart page. At the Sopping Cart page you have two options:
- to continue shopping - to proceed to checkout The Checkout button will lead you to the Sign In page. Here you can sign in, if you are already our customer, or register, if you are shopping with us for the first time. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing the forms, click on Place Order button. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You can print this page for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent to your email address shortly.

How can I get my password, or create a new password If you have created a Casa Di Luce account and forgot your password, click here to enter your email address. How do I pay for my purchase We accept MasterCard, Visa, Money orders. How long will it take to receive my order Most of our products are available in stock and can be shipped within two-five business days. If the item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected delivery date. Approximate delivery times are noted on the product description pages. How would I know that I bought an authentic product Most of our lighting fixtures, furniture and home d cor accessories have the passports of origin. If Swarovski crystal or Murano Glass were used you will also receive the certificate of authenticity for each item. Most of our chandeliers, ceiling lamps, wall sconces etc. are patented or registered models in European Union.
